We are a Medicare Part B provider and look for patients with chronic wounds that are not responding to traditional care.

We treat wounds that are primarily in lower extremity, venous stasis, or vascular insufficiency, diabetic, over 10cm.

How soon will you contact the patient after receiving the referral?

Our team will reach out to the patient within 24 hours of receiving the referral to schedule an initial assessment and discuss their wound care needs.

What types of wounds do you treat?

We treat any wound anywhere on the body, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, venous leg ulcers, surgical wounds, burns, and traumatic wounds. Our expert team is well-equipped to handle various wound care needs.

Do you accept most insurance plans?

Yes, we accept all insurance plans, excluding Medicaid. Our team can help verify coverage and address any insurance-related questions you may have.

How often will your team visit the patient?
